Program Overview

The BPD Companion Creator Program lets approved creators share BPD Companion using a referral link and referral code. Approved creators may earn commission when valid referred users become paying members.

Commission Structure

For qualifying Monthly and Yearly Membership purchases, creators earn 50% of net store proceeds during the first 12 months after the referred member's first successful paid conversion. After that 12-month period, the commission rate becomes 30% of net store proceeds for subsequent qualifying subscription payments while the member remains attributed to that creator. Qualifying Lifetime Membership purchases earn a one-time commission equal to 50% of net store proceeds.

Qualifying Transactions

Commissions apply only to valid attributable paid transactions recorded by BPD Companion's billing and entitlement systems. Free trials, sandbox purchases, support-granted access, zero-revenue transactions, billing issues without payment, and unsupported products are not commissionable.

Attribution

Website referral visits may be stored for up to 30 days. Until deferred app-install attribution is fully integrated and tested, the reliable attribution step is the referral code entered during app onboarding. A user can be attributed to only one creator.

Refunds and Reversals

Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and other invalid transactions are subject to a proportional commission clawback. If the related commission has not yet been paid, the adjustment reduces the unpaid balance. If it has already been paid, the negative adjustment may be carried forward against future commissions.

No Self-Referrals

Creators may not use their own referral link or code for their own purchases, test accounts, internal accounts, or accounts they control for the purpose of earning commission.

Promotion Rules

Creators must not use spam, misleading ads, impersonation, fake scarcity, hidden incentives, or abusive traffic sources. Creators must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship wherever required by platform rules or applicable law.

Health and Wellness Claims

BPD Companion is a self-help and wellness support tool. Creators must not claim that BPD Companion diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents BPD or any condition. Creators must not claim that BPD Companion replaces therapy, medical care, crisis services, medication, or professional treatment.

Complimentary Creator Access

Approved creators may receive complimentary BPD Companion Pro access through a support or grant mechanism. Complimentary access is not a purchased Lifetime Membership and does not generate commission.

Dashboard and Reporting

The creator dashboard may show clicks, attributed users, paying customers, commissions, and payouts. Reporting may be delayed or adjusted for refunds, reversals, fraud review, or data corrections.

Payouts

Commissions are held for 45 days before becoming eligible for payout. Payouts are processed monthly in USD once the creator's eligible balance reaches $100 USD. BPD Companion may make a final payout below the minimum when closing an account or resolving an outstanding balance.

Suspension and Changes

BPD Companion may pause, disable, or remove creators for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, policy violations, or activity that creates risk for users or the service. Program terms may be changed prospectively.
