App use

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly memberships may renew automatically unless canceled through the storefront account used to purchase them.

Trials

Any free trial availability, length, eligibility, and conversion terms will be shown in the app or applicable storefront before purchase.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime Membership is intended as a pay-once access option, subject to the final purchase terms displayed at checkout.

Cancellations and billing

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are managed through the applicable storefront. Cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms others or violates law.

Intellectual property

BPD Companion, including its name, design, content, and software, is protected by intellectual-property rights. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

Wellness and non-medical disclaimer

BPD Companion is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, or emergency service. Seek qualified professional help when needed.

Limitation language

The app is provided subject to the final disclaimers and limitations permitted by applicable law.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if continued operation is no longer possible.
